9. Refund Policy
Eligible Refunds:
- Payment successful but not credited to your account.
- Prolonged service unavailability due to technical issues.
- Repeated payments due to payment system errors.
Refund Process:

- Our team will respond promptly to assist.
- If unresolved, a refund will be initiated, typically credited within 5 working days.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
- Funds credited and partially consumed.
- Payments older than 3 days.
- Accounts restricted due to cheating or harm to other users.
10. Account Termination
You may terminate your account by emailing support@egoffr.com. Subject to our cash withdrawal terms, we will refund any remaining cash balance.
11. Cash Balance in Virtual Accounts
11.1 General Requirements
To participate in cash-based services, you must maintain a positive cash balance in your account, comprising:
- Chips Account: Funds for participating in cash games.
- Winnings and Bonus Account: Winnings and promotional bonuses.
11.2 Cash Balance Terms
- All cash credits must be made via our third-party payment gateways, subject to their terms. We may reverse transactions, refunding the original instrument.
- Chips Account funds are held in trust until used for cash games.
- Credits must come from accounts in your name.
- All transactions are in Indian Rupees.
- Winnings and bonuses are credited to the Winnings and Bonus Account.
- We collect and hold winnings in trust until used or withdrawn.
- Cash balances are maintained in a separate, non-interest-bearing bank account, with user claims prioritized.
- Withdrawals are subject to our terms and limits, processed via bank transfer to an Indian Rupee account in your name.
- Payment details may be shared with our payment partners for processing.
- We may impose transaction limits to promote responsible play or prevent illegal activity.
- Cash balances are non-interest-bearing and non-transferable, except as permitted.
- Withdrawals require sufficient cash game participation, as determined by us.
- Chips Account funds are non-refundable; withdrawals are only from the Winnings and Bonus Account.
- Chips Account funds are deducted first for game participation, followed by Bonus and Winnings components.
- Inactive accounts (no cash game participation for 300+ days) may have Chips Account funds forfeited and Winnings/Bonus Account funds refunded or forfeited if bank details are not provided.
11.3 Tax Deduction at Source (TDS)
For winnings exceeding ₹10,000 in a single game or tournament, we deduct TDS at 30% before crediting to your Winnings and Bonus Account. You must provide valid PAN details within 60 days to enable withdrawals. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of winnings after TDS remittance.
